Trained in French culinary techniques while adding his own southern-inspired cooking style, - Chef Jordan runs a scratch kitchen - crafting his own breads, sauces, soups, and desserts.
From everyday favorites to elevated cuisine, our catering team, Bouk Catering can craft stunning dishes, appetizers, and desserts for your event. We offer off-site catering services in addition to serving as the exclusive culinary team for our on-site private event space, Circa 1873 as well as our multi-venue estate, The Venues at Langtree.

In addition to our restaurant’s public dining space, On the Nine’s private events space, Circa 1873 can accommodate 120 seated guests with additional room on our covered patio. For more casual gatherings we also offer space for holiday gatherings on our enclosed patio at The Tavern at the Turn. For larger events, our off-site venue The Venues at Langtree, offers four uniques spaces.
